I think I got 20 points for a loss and 50 for a win, whereas boss quests and regionals give 100. You can also get it from PvP, but you don't really get enough to justify doing PvP for the SXP. Regionals reset every 3 hours, regular field bosses reset after 24 hours, and the world bosses reset after 7 days. You get them from side quests (orange shield icon), regional quests (diamond with an icon in it could be crossed swords, grain, an explosion, etc), and boss quest (looks like a picture with a person it). The first two for the mage were 10 skill points.Īs for actually getting the skill points, they come almost entirely from quests. Anyway, just pour enough skill points into the blessing to unlock this. Don't remember what the other fragment was. They had names over them, I think one is named Po. Eventually they will walk down the road where the icon is, and you just have to attack them. If you go to the area with the icon, they may not be there. I don't know if it is the same for all classes, but for the mage one fragment is from a boss of sorts, 2 soldiers. They usually come from another quest, or defeating a specific enemy. The quest itself involves getting 3 fragments, and you are given one at the start of the quest. You'll know it's the blessing quest because the quest icon on the map is red icon, unlike the blue/yellow shield icons of the main and side quests. For the mage (and I assume it works this way for all) the first blessing you can unlock this achievement with will show up in a questline relatively late into the first region. The "Gift of Valor" the achievement description mentions is the default blessing you start with, so maxing it will not get you this achievement (at least, it didn't unlock for me). You can use skill points to level the skills up, and you get skill points from finishing quests. This achievement is for maxing a blessing.
